This programming is designed to help you tear down maternal walls, bust through glass ceilings and accomplish your professional goals. We will help you own your power, push through imposter syndrome and claim your right at any table, while building a life model that honors both your public ambitions and private dreams.
The IMpersonal track of IMU’s programming offers courses that give women a safe space to explore their questions, concerns and goals around mothering, family, romance and self care. Our approach to personal development is mother/woman-centered, meaning while the rest of the world puts children and men first, we put you first.
The courses on this track help both individuals and entities assess their DEI competency; create policies and procedures, as well as implement and maintain programming that addresses traditional DEI issues with a special emphasis on mothers in the workplace.
I was so moved by her ability to speak truth
fearlessly that I invited her to be the keynote speaker for the YWCA St. Paul's
Annual Domestic Violence event "Breaking the Cycle." Sagashus did not
fail to deliver by enlightening the audience about the cyclical effects of
childhood trauma. People walked away from her talk feeling introspective,
inspired, thoughtful about not only the victims of domestic violence but how to
interrupt the cycle."
Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a course?
