

Chef Patience Clark is 28 years young, and was born in Madison, Wisconsin. Her journey as a Chef started in her Great Grandmother’s Kitchen as a teenager. She would help her Grandmother prepare grand Sunday Dinners for the family and community. Her love for the family tradition was carried over into her catering company, Palate Pleasures in January of 2020. Every Sunday Chef Patience, serves different Comfort Cuisines that her customers can pre-order every week. Her goal is to combine her love for food history, trendy foods, and her self taught cooking techniques to create beautiful, and delicious dishes. Her specialty dishes include Birria Tacos, Chicken and Gourmet Waffles, and Humungous Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls (currently available at Pancake Café Stoughton.) She also teaches The Exotic Eats Program at Mary’s Little Angel’s Daycare, to teach children about expanding their taste buds through experiences with rare and exotic food.
